ABC.AZ reports that EKSPRESS-C was registered by the Territorial Tax Administration #5 of the State Tax Service under the Economy Ministry as an open joint stock company AzeSteelCompany on 4 May 2022.

Plant Ekspress-C is located in Navahi settlement of Gobustan district.
