April 26, Fineko/abc.az. Japanese concern Nissan Motor will stop producing cars under Datsun brand.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Russian media that Nissan intends to redirect the released resources to the development of the production of electric vehicles.

The manufacture of cars under Datsun brand began in 1931.

These cars are known for their low price and reliability. After success in the local market, Datsun entered the U.S. market in 1958.
