Accounts Chamber reveals breaches in work of Central Election Commission

April 20, Fineko/abc.az. An audit of financial transactions and reports of the Central Election Commission for 2020 has been published.

ABC.AZ informs that Accounts Chamber’s report on its activities in 2021 says that, although admission to the civil service should be carried out on a competitive basis, consisting of a test exam and an interview, and in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Public Service, 50 employees were hired as civil servants with direct appointment to administrative positions of the civil service, and along with their salaries they were paid allowances intended for civil servants.

877 people were hired without entering information about employment contracts for registration in the electronic information system.
