New fines to be introduced for violations in connection with operation of gas

April 8, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev signed the draft amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences.

ABC.AZ reports that in accordance with the law, new fines have been established for violating the rules of maintenance of gas installations and gas pipelines, chimneys, as well as ventilation lines.

According to the amendments, individuals will be fined from 200 to 400 manats for these violations, officials from 1,000 to 1,500 manats, legal entities from 2,500 to 3,000 manats.

The law will come into force on 1 May 2022.
