April 7, Fineko/abc.az. Large oil companies that have serious problems with fuel transportation may face not only decrease in production, but also the shutdown of refineries.

ABC.AZ reports that the second largest Russian company Lukoil warned about such risks because of the lack of storage of fuel oil.

Alekperov suggests temporarily redirecting the volumes of fuel oil as fuel to the heat power plant in order to avoid the shutdown of the refinery, and temporarily abolish high fines for the negative impact on the environment. The same relief is needed for the combustion of associated petroleum gas, which, according to Lukoil, may increase due to the temporary inability to sell liquefied petroleum gases produced from it abroad.
