April 5, Fineko/abc.az. The branch of Petronas Azerbaijan (Shah Deniz) S.A.R.L. in Azerbaijan has announced about its liquidation.

ABC.AZ reports that creditors can submit their claims within two months at the address: 1065 Baku, Yasamal district, Izmir Street, 8, Hyatt International Center, Hyatt Tower 2, 1st floor, Dentons Company.

Petronas is the national oil & gas company of Malaysia.

The branch of Petronas Azerbaijan (Shah Deniz) S.A.R.L. in Azerbaijan was registered in 2015.

Petronas sold its 15.5% stake in Shah Deniz to SOCAR, BP and Lukoil.
