April 5, Fineko/abc.az. American entrepreneur Elon Musk has revealed information about the ownership of 9.2% of the shares of social network Twitter.

ABC.AZ reports that after the publication of the information, Twitter’s shares rose by 26% in the premarket.

According to the published document, Musk owns almost 73.5 million shares, which is 9.2% of their total number. Reuters news agency says that thus the entrepreneur is probably the largest holder of Twitter shares.
