May 7, Fineko/abc.az. Decline of 1.2% to AZN 7.657 bn in bank deposits of the Azerbaijani population was observed in March versus February.

The CBA informs that in Q1 of 2018 population’s bank deposits increased by 1.27%.

The deposits in national currency increased by 8.61% up to AZN 2.75 bn for Q1 of the year. In February the deposits in national currency totaled AZN 2.935 bn and in January AZN 2.529 bn.

The deposits in foreign currency decreased in Q1 by 2.43% to AZN 4.906 bn. In February population's deposits in foreign currency amounted to AZN 4.815 bn and in January AZN 4.967 bn.
