March 29, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Feb 2022, 5,575 tons of oil were transported through main pipelines in Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee.

76.7% of oil supplies were carried out via through export oil pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC). During the reporting period 4,276,900 tons of oil were carried through it (3.6% less versus Jan-Feb 2021).

For the past 2 months 800,900 tons of transit oil were also carried via BTC, which is twice as much in annual comparison.
