March 28, Fineko/abc.az. In January-February 2022, the re-export of cars from Georgia to Azerbaijan amounted to $40.7 million (45.8% more against Jan-Feb 2021 - $27.9 million).

The number of cars exported from Georgia to Azerbaijan increased by 7.2% - from 4,292 to 4,601 cars, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the National Statistical Office of Georgia.

Thus, Azerbaijan ranks first among the main importers of cars from Georgia in January-February 2022. Azerbaijan is followed by Kazakhstan ($7.4 million) and Ukraine ($6.8 million). At the same time, in January-February 2022, the re-export of cars from Georgia amounted to $72.5 million (45.2% more versus Jan-Feb 2021 - $49.9 million).
