March 17, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of the company of former general director of DET-AL Aluminum LLC under the name Siyahdeniz Turizm Inşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim is 24.3 million Turkish liras (AZN 5.89 million).

ABC.AZ reports that the company was established in January by Azerbaijani businessman Sarkhan Babayev in Shishli province of Istanbul.

Babayev is also known in Turkey as the head of the Alva Donna Group of companies and the famous Shemall shopping center in Antalya.

It should be noted that Sarkhan Babayev, a native of village Mahmudavar of Masalli district, worked as the general director of the largest metallurgical complex in the country – DET-AL Aluminum LLC until 2019.
