Cost of oil grows, and Brent is at $99.73 a barrel

March 17, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Thursday’s trading after a decline the day before.

By 8:34 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the May’s Brent crude futures rose by $1.71 (1.74%) up to $99.73 per barrel. Following the trading on 16 March, the price of Brent crude futures for May fell by $1.89 (1.89%) to $98.02 per barrel.

By 8:36 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for April grew in price by $1.57 (1.65%) up to $96.61 per barrel. Following the trading on 16 March, the price of April’s WTI oil futures declined by $1.40 (1.45%) to $95.04 per barrel.
