March 15, Fineko/abc.az. A groundbreaking ceremony has been held in Gulustan Palace for the 230 MW Garadagh Solar Power Plant to be built in Azerbaijan by Masdar (UAE).
ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony and delivered speech there.
