Oil grows in price after decline, and Brent is at $114.79 a barrel

March 10, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Thursday’s trading, after a serious drop the day before.

By 9:03 a.m., at the London ICE Futures Exchange the May’s Brent crude futures rose by $3.65 (3.28%) up to $114.79 per barrel. Following the trading on 9 March, the price of Brent crude futures for May fell by $16.84 (13.16%) to $111.14 per barrel.

By 9:03 a.m., at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for April grew in price by $2.06 (1.90%) up to $110.76 per barrel. Following the trading on 9 March, the price of April’s WTI oil futures slumped by $15.00 (12.13%) to $108.70 per barrel.
