February 17, Fineko/abc.az. Within the framework of the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Turkey, an agreement was reached between state legal entity Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization (AZSTAND) and the Turkish Institute of Standards (TSE), subordinate to the State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Supervision of the Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economy.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the agreement, AZSTAND will have the right to distribute official publications of more than 9,000 national standards of Turkey on the territory of Azerbaijan.

The application of the national standards of the Turkish Institute of Standards in our country, that meet international requirements will contribute to the implementation of measures implemented in the field of protecting human life or health, the environment and property, as well as in other important areas.
