February 15, Fineko/abc.az. As of the end of 2021, the volume of the real estate portfolio of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) amounted to $2.8 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that this is equivalent to 6.1% of SOFAZ total portfolio

"At the end of 2021 SOFAZ received income of $326.6 million on six real estate portfolios (12.5% of the total income). Also, the total income from the beginning of real estate investments to date has made up 77%," according to SOFAZ.
