February 14, Fineko/abc.az. Vornado LLC (TIN: 1702747831) has announced the termination of its activity and merger with Baku Hospitality Group LLC (TIN: 1702206281).

ABC.AZ reports that Baku Hospitality Group LLC announced the reorganization as a result of merger of Vornado LLC to it.

Vornado LLC with authorized capital of AZN 25.36 million was registered on 19 November 2019. Orhan Ahmedli is his legal representative.

Baku Hospitality Group LLC was registered on 27 July 2017. Its authorized capital is 1,000 manats. Elnur Amikishiev is its legal representative.
