February 7, Fineko/abc.az. AzerGold CJSC plans to issue new bonds.

ABC.AZ reports that AzerGold’s chairman of board Zakir Ibragimov made the above-mentioned statement at company’s press conference dedicated to the results of 2021 and the upcoming tasks.

AzerGold is considering financing methods, and the issue of bonds is one of them. In 2020, bonds for $20 million were issued, and interest in them was higher than expected. We are paying the bonds in accordance with the plan and are very pleased that we are the first state-owned company to issue bonds in the non-oil sector. We are already planning to issue new bonds," Ibragimov said.
