Spark acquires one more company owned by Gilan Holding

February 3, Fineko/abc.az. Another subsidiary of Gilan Holding LLC has been acquired.

ABC.AZ reports that after Gilan Gabala Bet Factory LLC, Gilan Beton LLC also joined the structure of building material producer Spark LLC.

It should be noted that nine companies operating under the Gilan brand carried out rebranding in 2021.
