ABC.AZ informs that this is stated on the official website of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Thus, during a survey on the company's INN 1600019501, it turned out that Kaspi Yıldız owed more than AZN 9.67 million.

One of the company’s founders, Rafet Ekmekcioglu, transferred his 50% shares to another founder, Igbal Mammadov.

Thus, Mammadov became the founder of Azerbaijani-Turkish joint venture Kaspi Yıldız with a 100% stake.

It should be noted that Igbal Mammadov is an MP of Milli Majlis.
