January 24, Fineko/abc.az. Azer-Avtonagliat has held an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting is scheduled to take place at 5 pm on 27 February 2022.

On the meeting agenda are organizational issues and the selection of members of the Azer-Avtonagliat Board of Directors (Supervisory Board) and chairman.

Azer-Avtonagliat OJSC was registered in 2004. Its authorized capital is 178,354 manats. Gunduz Abbasov is the legal representative of the company.
