December 22, Fineko/abc.az. "Azerbaijan exports electricity to several countries through Global Power (a subsidiary of national electricity supplier Azerenerji), operating in Turkey."

ABC.AZ reports Azerenerji’s president Baba Rzayev stated about when delivering speech at the 1st Azerbaijan-Turkey Energy Forum in Baku.

According to Rzayev, this company carries out sales of electricity exported from Azerbaijan to Turkey, as well as energy exchange with Turkey, Bulgaria and Greece.

Currently, Azerbaijan is exporting electricity to Russia, Iran, Georgia and Turkey.
