State-run company suffered big loss - more than AZN 516 million

November 24, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) completed 2020 with net loss of AZN 516.187 million (2.3-fold more against 2019), ABC.AZ informs with reference to ADY’s report. As a result, the total loss of ADY increased by 30.4% up to AZN 2.212 bn.

Last year, ADY's operating income amounted to AZN 422.299 million (4% more than a year earlier), operating expenses AZN 514.323 million (11.9% more), other expenses AZN 423.133 million (2.5-fold more), income tax payments AZN 1.03 million (3.7-fold less).
