Banking sector assets grew almost by 14%

November 24, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan observed growth of the banking sector assets as of 1 November 2021.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that for Jan-Oct the assets of the banking sector increased up to AZN 34.96 bn (13.95% more than on 1 November 2020).

Banks' assets for AZN 14.819 bn accounted for net loans given to customers. Over the past part of this year the banking sector's loan portfolio has grown by 12.8%, and the share of loans in assets has fallen from 42.8% to 42.4%.
