November 23, Fineko/abc.az. MP Fazil Mustafa suggested that the issue of allocating finances for Khojali and Khankendi should also be reflected in the budget.
MP asked to allocate money for restoration of educational institute in Khankendi
ABC.AZ reports that in his speech the MP underlined that this is a political, promising basis for our people: "Tables were installed on the roads indicating how many kilometers remained to Khojali and to Khankendi. Therefore, the issue with both cities should be reflected in the budget."
