Director of investment company Azfinance acquired a stake in a financial institution

November 22, Fineko/abc.az. The sole shareholder of investment company Azfinance CJSC and chairman of the Supervisory Board Ibad Mammadov transferred 15.03% of his share to the director of the financial structure Intigam Safaraliyev, ABC.AZ was informed at AzFinance.

Eventually, the share of Mammadov fell to 84.97%.
