November 18, Fineko/abc.az. For the first 9 months of this year 2.9 million electric vehicles were sold worldwide (2.5-fold more versus Jan-Sept 2020), ABC.AZ reports with reference to analytical company JATO Dynamics. 

According to company's estimates, commercial carriages do not include sales in parts of the Middle East, Central Asia and Latin America. Thus, the share of electric vehicles in the global automotive market reached 5.8%.
