November 17, Fineko/abc.az. According to the official exchange rates of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the US dollar remains unchanged at the same level – 1.7000 manats.

The Central Bank informs that the euro rate has decreased by 0.7% to 1.9205 manats and the Russian ruble rate increased by 1.3% up to 0.0232 manats.
