November 12, Fineko/abc.az. To date, the industrial zones of Azerbaijan have manufactured output for more than AZN 5 bn, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov’s Twitter account. 

The minister pointed out that output for AZN 1.4 bn (about 28%) of this volume was directed for export.

Over Jan-Sept of 2021 industrial zones’ production increased by 55.4% (against Jan-Sept 2020) and exceeded AZN 1.5 bn and exports AZN 545 million (2-fold rise).
During this period the share of industrial zones in the manufacture of non-oil products made up 14.3% and on exports 25.9%.
