November 12, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization NAS Project LLC, registered in October 2020, will continue to operate in the form of a joint-stock company. 

ABC.AZ reports that NAS Project has changed its organizational & legal form from a limited liability company (LLC) to an open joint stock company (OJSC). 
NAS Project LLC, registered last autumn, received permission from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan to participate in the credit market on 10 June of this year.
Currently, the NBCO has authorized capital of AZN 300,000.
