November 12, Fineko/abc.az.  According to the official exchange rates of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the US dollar exchange rate has remained unchanged at the level of 1.7000 manats.

The CBA informs that the euro rate declined by 0.3% to 1.9447 manats and the Russian ruble rate by 0.8% to 0.0237 manats.
