November 1, Fineko/abc.az. Response procedures are being discussed if the cartel does not take any action regarding the oil shortage at the next meeting of OPEC+ countries on 4 November with the participation of Saudi Arabia and Russia. 

ABC.AZ reports that the U.S. has assembled the most powerful coalition in recent years to put pressure upon OPEC+ and force the cartel, consisting of 23 countries, to further increase oil production. 

Large oil consumers, including China, Japan and India, are conducting a diplomatic campaign behind closed doors.
