October 21, Fineko/abc.az. A regular meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Turkey has been held today.

The discount rate at the meeting was reduced by 2 percentage points - from 18% to 16%.

The discount rate was raised from 15% to 17% at the meeting of the Central Bank of Turkey MB on 24 December 2020. This year at the meeting on 18 February it remained stable, was raised from 17% to 19% at the meeting on 18 March and was cut from 19% to 18% at the meeting held on 23 September.
