October 18, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has addressed the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the restoration of independence.

ABC.AZ reports that the appeal says: "Today, for the first time in the 30-year history of independence, we, as a victorious people who ensured their territorial integrity, celebrate the anniversary of the restoration of our independence as a victorious people. Once again, I cordially congratulate the entire Azerbaijani people on this significant event in our history."
