ABC.AZ reports that the company held a general meeting of shareholders on 30 November at address: Shamkir district, Zeem Settlement, Vagif Street, 60A. The issues to be put on meeting agenda relate to the approval of reports on the results of 2020, as well as to the discussion of the proposal of company's shareholder Rashid Mustafayev on company’s liquidation, and making a decision in this regard.
