October 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Soros Foundation has announced that it will invest in bitcoin.

ABC.AZ reports that the Soros Bloomberg Foundation reported that the market value of cryptocurrencies reaches $2 trillion.

"Bitcoin has now become part of the mainstream, and being the world's largest digital asset by its market capitalization (more than $2,000 bn), it has become something more than protection against inflation," the Fund said in a statement.

Bitcoin, the most popular cryptocurrency in the world, rose in price by about 10% yesterday and exceeded $55,000.
