October 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers amended the following resolutions: “On approval of the sample of the final protocol of the tender commission on the results of the tender" (from 2 August 2002), "On approval of the sample contract for the purchase of goods (works and services)” (from 28 February 2003) and "On approval of the Procedure for Assessing the Impact of the Circumstances provided for in Article 422 of the Civil Code on the Procurement Contract" (from 18 March 2019).

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision in this regard. In compliance with the decision, now the validity period of the guarantee for the execution of the purchase agreement in Azerbaijan should be 30 banking days longer than the term for the execution of the purchase agreement (including the maintenance period, if required).
