October 1, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of the monetary base in manats in Azerbaijan increased by 2.3% last month up to AZN 14.499 bn as of 30 September.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that since the beginning of the year the volume of the monetary base has increased by 6.9%, and compared with the same period of last year by 18.5%.

The current level of the monetary base is considered a historical maximum.
