September 15, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has taken part in the opening of the 110/35/10 KV substation Buzovna-1 in Khazar district of Baku.

According to the Presidential Administration’s press service, electricity supplier Azerishig’s chairman Vugar Ahmedov informed the country’s leader about the work done at the substation.

He noted that the new substation will play an important role in ensuring uninterrupted power supply to suburban settlements, objects of state significance, as well as recreation, tourism, medicine facilities and will meet the growing demand for electricity.

The substation is connected to the SCADA dispatching system with remote control and is equipped with the most modern equipment and an automation system.
