September 14, Fineko/abc.az. Elchin Aliyev has been appointed the chairman of board of the Central Bank in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. 

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant decree was signed by Vasif Talibov, the chairman of the NAR Supreme Mejlis.
Earlier, Elchin Aliyev held the position of head of the Economics Department of the Apparatus of the NAR Supreme Mejlis.
