September 10, Fineko/abc.az. The shareholders of Gulay OJSC are to gather for an extraordinary general meeting.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will be held on 2 October 2021 at 10 am in the administrative building at address: 31, Inshaatchylar Avenue, Yasamal district, Baku city.

The shareholders will discuss issues of reorganization of Gulay in the order of separation, other organizational issues related to the reorganization of Gulay OJSC.
