September 2, Fineko/abc.az. The monetary base in Azerbaijan decreased by 0.3% last month.

ABC.AZ reports that as of 1 September the monetary base lowered by AZN 14.17 bn.

Since the beginning of the year the volume of the monetary base has increased by 4.5% and compared with the same period of last year by 19%.

As of 1 August 2021 the monetary base updated the historical maximum, reaching AZN 14.213 bn.
