April 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA) has applied to the Ministry of Taxes.

ABA informs that it became possible for banks to establish the status of taxpayers - legal entities, in particular, their belonging to the state.

"The Association appealed to the Taxes Ministry to provide banks with appropriate system for determining the status of enterprises, and received a positive response. Banks are provided with this system," ABA reported.

Companies and organizations with 30% or more of governmental stake in their authorized capital are considered state-owned.
