Amount of profit taxes paid by banks for Jan-Jun

July 30, Fineko/abc.az. The banking sector of Azerbaijan completed the 1st half of 2021 with net profit of AZN 366 million.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement by Central Bank’s general director Togrul Aliyev at today’s press conference.
He noted that banks’ operating profit for the reported term amounted to AZN 502 million.

Over Jan-Jun 2021 the banks paid AZN 62.8 million of profit tax.
