Turkish Central Bank’s statement about private sector

July 13, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Turkey has published data on loans received outside the private sector.

ABC.AZ reports that as of the end of May the total volume of loans raised by the Turkish private sector from abroad increased by $2 bn compared with the end of 2020, reaching the highest level in 16 months ($175.6 bn).

Compared with the end of 2020, the long-term accounts payable of the private sector increased by $2.2 bn up to $166 bn.
