July 7, Fineko/abc.az. As can be seen from the Aghdam City General Plan, the State plans to carry out many projects in this city.

ABC.AZ reports that this was told by Emin Huseynov, president’s special representative for occupation-liberated Aghdam.

According to Huseynov, the participation of the private sector is also provided:

"Businessmen can invest in the construction of facilities intended for the participation of the private sector. Taking all this into account, we are thinking about holding a business forum in the coming months with the participation of both local and foreign investors and will try to create conditions for the participation of the private sector in it."
