June 14, Fineko/abc.az. In the first quarter of 2021 the capital outflow from Azerbaijan amounted to $1.28 bn, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

For comparison, in Q1 of 2020 capital for $990 million was withdrawn from Azerbaijan (29.1% more versus Q1 of 2019).

The total volume of capital withdrawn from Azerbaijan in 2020 grew by 38.8% (against 2019) up to $4.47 bn.
