April 20, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 April the number of individual entrepreneurs registered to engage in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity exceeded 1 million.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that for Jan-Mar three out of four individual entrepreneurs were registered in directions as follows: “Agriculture, forestry & fishing”; “Trade; repair of vehicles”; “Transport & warehouse management” and “Provision of services in other spheres".

The majority of individual entrepreneurs intending to engage in entrepreneurship are registered in Baku (27.9%), Aran (21.5%), Ganja-Gazakh (13.8%), and Lankaran (9.7%) economic districts.
