April 20, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of this year 2,714 commercial organizations passed state registration.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Tax Service that 2,253 (83%) commercial organizations are registered on the basis of applications submitted in e-form, and 461 (17%) – on paper.

For the reported term 460 legal entities were registered for VAT purposes (17% of the total number). In Q1 of this year 2,494 commercial organizations with local investments were registered by the state.

This means a 25% increase in the number of state registrations of commercial organizations with local investments.
