February 19, Fineko/abc.az. Ganja Sharab-2 is to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 29 March.

ABC.AZ reports that the main issue on the agenda is the change in the organizational & legal form and the transformation of the enterprise into an LLC. In this regard, the shareholders are to make a decision on the withdrawal of the company's shares from circulation, approve the new version of the charter and discuss other issues related to the current activities of the company.
